Lexi Wurtz, ARNP

Lexi Wurtz is a life long resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She attended nursing school at the University of Florida on a Florida Bright Futures scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. She graduated in 2006 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Following graduation Lexi worked as an Emergency Department nurse. During that time she attended Jacksonville University and graduated cum laude with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners and the Junior League of Jacksonville.

She joined Drs. Maddern and McMillin as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009 and assists in all phases of patient care and management, including coordination of complex and special needs children.

Professional interests include otitis media and cleft lip/palate. Lexi is committed to providing individual care in a family centered practice.
