It has been our pleasure to serve your family at our Center One office location on Centurion Parkway for 25 years. We are excited to be moving to a new site to better care for our patients. We appreciate patience during this transition. We have some important details about the move below. 

Starting 12/29/25 through 3/27/26, we are using temporary office space in the Women’s Pavilion at Wolfson Children’s Hospital/Baptist Downtown. Our temporary address will be:

Free parking for families is available in the Baptist Health Downtown P2 parking lot located at 1051 Palm Ave. The Pavilion Building can be accessed by crossing the SkyBridge into the hospital, walking past the information desk and taking the elevator on your right side to the first floor (1R). On the first floor, walk past the giftshop and Walgreens pharmacy and then head to your right to access the Pavilion Building elevators to the 8th floor.
