It has been our pleasure to serve your family at our CenterOne office location on Centurion Parkway for years. We are excited to be moving to a new site to better care for our patients. We appreciate patience during this transition. We have some important details about the move below. 

Starting 12/29/25, we will be in a temporary office space in the Women’s Pavilion at Wolfson Children’s Hospital/Baptist Downtown. Our temporary address will be:

Free parking for families is available in the Baptist Health Downtown P2 parking lot located at 1051 Palm Ave. The Pavilion Building can be accessed by crossing the SkyBridge into the hospital, walking past the information desk and taking the elevator on your right side to the first floor (1R). On the first floor, walk past the giftshop and Walgreens pharmacy and then head to your right to access the Pavilion Building elevators to the 8th floor. Our team will communicate reminders about the temporary location closer to your appointment date. We hope to be in our new permanent office home by April 2026, and will communicate again for appointments closer to that date.
